Joshua Bloom has been practicing law for over twenty-five (25) years in the fields of labor law, employment law, and personal injury law. During 2022, he was appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to serve as a Board Member of the PA Disciplinary Board.  He also served as a Member of the PA Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee from 2013 through 2019. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for labor and employment law for 2013, 2014, and 2015 and a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2010 and 2011.

He has been engaged as faculty of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the National Business Institute and many other organizations to speak both locally and nationally on matters of labor and employment law among others. He has been certified by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of PA as a federal mediator.

He is licensed to practice law in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Pennsylvania Courts. He graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in History/Minor Pre-Law during 1993 and from the Capital University Law School with a Juris Doctorate during 1996.
